What we learn from this Pandemic !!!

Hello Everyone,

During pandemics, we realized and understood the value of the immunity system.
So what is an immunity system? It is a culmination of cells, tissues, and multiple organs, which helps our body to fight infections and various diseases.


Before Covid-19, many people used to take fast food, Street foods, and so many unclean foods, which is, of course, good to our tongue. Unfortunately, when it crosses the neck, the actual game starts and brings many health hazards.

However, if you check ancient time’s food, they don’t think to have fast food, and our ancestors used to take a lot of ayurvedic things and organic foods that favor nature. 

So let’s quickly check the things we can check and convert our diet, which will help us to boost our metabolism and immunity booster.

  • Start taking lemon with lukewarm water every morning once you wake up. Add a little bit of honey for your taste accordingly.

  • Eat broccoli every day, enriched with vitamin A, C, E, Fiber, and other antioxidants.

  • Convert your regular rice to brown rice. It will cut your fat.

  • Drink green tea at least twice a day with honey or black pepper. Taste yourself accordingly 

  • You can prepare simple tea with ginger, and instead of sugar, please add jaggery powder for taste.

  • You can take milk with cinnamon at night before bed, which is a delicious drink before sleep. It makes you sleep better and provide relief from insomnia.

  • Increase the consumption of pulses or lentils, which are rich in protein, fiber, and iron.

  • Include green vegetables more in your food. 

  • If you are craving Sweets, take fruits and mostly season fruits available according to season.

  • Whenever you feel full, you can take apple cider vinegar. Mix with lukewarm water. It will help you from bloating stomach. However, I would prefer a maximum of twice a day. 

Look overall; I am not here to provide you any advisory session on foods. We all are brilliant and intelligent people sometimes in our fast-paced life, and we forget to take care of our bodies. If we are not taking care of our food – habits, it will eventually make us sick, and in this pandemic, we realized how important it is to eat clean.

I am sure that these kinds of viruses will keep coming and test us; however, if we make ourselves disciplined, we will fight the half battle, at least in our food habits. Rest we should believe in our government they are trying their level best to take care of the entire population and I am pretty sure with vaccines and other measures we will soon see a happier world like old days.
